Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email once your order is placed and another when it’s handed over to our logistics partner.
2. Shipping Regions

Domestic (India): We ship to all pin codes across India.

International: At present, we ship only within India. For international shipping requests, please contact our support team at support@vithub.inin for a custom quote.
3. Carriers & Third‑Party Logistics
We partner with reliable third‑party logistics providers to ensure fast and secure delivery:

4. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of ₹50 per order across India.

Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹30 COD charge applies.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send you:

If you don’t receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, please reach out to us.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery up to two times.

If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to our warehouse.

You’ll be contacted to reschedule delivery—additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Damaged in Transit: Inspect your package upon arrival. If you find damage, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately at support@vithub.in with photos.

Lost Shipments: If tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 7 days. We’ll coordinate with the carrier to locate or replace your order.
9. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Vithub is not responsible for delays or non‑deliveries due to incorrect address information. If you notice an error, email support@vithub.in within 2 hours of placing your order.
