Cancellation and Refund Policy for VITHUB.IN

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases of products (“Products”) made through vithub.in (“Website”). By placing an order or requesting a cancellation or refund, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This Policy governs:

2. Order Cancellation by You

Before Shipment

You may cancel an Order at any time before it is dispatched.

To cancel, log into your Account and select Order History → Cancel, or contact our support team within 2 hours of placing the Order.

Once cancelled, you will receive an immediate email confirmation and a full refund.

After Shipment

Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled online.

If you still wish to cancel, refuse delivery when the courier arrives. The Product will be returned to us and handled per our Return & Refund terms below.

3. Order Cancellation by VITHUB
We reserve the right to cancel your Order in the following circumstances:

Payment authorization fails.

Product is out of stock or discontinued.

Suspected fraud or violation of our Terms.

Pricing or description errors.
If we cancel, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund within 5 business days.
4. Return & Refund Eligibility
Product will be eligible for return within 24 hrs after delivery. Replacement product will be delivered within 1 working day

Defective or Damaged Products

Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

Product must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact.

Wrong Product Shipped

Notify us within 7 days; we will arrange pickup and send the correct item.

Change of Mind

Not accepted—only defective, damaged, or incorrect items qualify for return.

5. Refund Process

Initiate a Return

Contact support@vithub.in with your Order number, photos of the defect/damage, and a brief description.

Return Pickup

We will schedule a courier pickup at no extra charge.

Inspection

Upon receipt, we inspect the Product to confirm the defect or error.

Approval & Refund

If approved, we process your refund as described below.

6. Refund Timeline

Processing: Refunds are initiated within 3 business days of return approval.

Payment Network: It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used:

Credit/Debit Card: Credited back to the same card.

Net Banking/UPI: Credited to the linked account.
-
Gift Cards or Store Credit: Issued as Vithub Gift Vouchers valid for 12 months.
8. Non‑Refundable Fees

Shipping & Handling Fees: Non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Restocking Fees: None. We do not charge any restocking fees.
9. Partial Refunds
We reserve the right to issue partial refunds in cases of:

Missing parts or accessories.

Obvious signs of use beyond testing functionality.
10. Chargebacks
If you dispute a legitimate refund by filing a chargeback, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account and take necessary actions to reclaim the amount.
